Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

Traxon360 is a fleet and business operations platform operated by Nirmidh Technologies (“Nirmidh”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Traxon360 web application and mobile applications (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you acknowledge the practices described here.

Who this applies to

The Service is provided to businesses for their internal operations. Access is provided through accounts issued by an organisation (for example a fleet operator, rental business or driving school) to its own users. Your organisation is responsible for the accounts it creates and the data it chooses to enter.

Information we handle

  • Account information — such as name, email address, phone number, role and the organisation you belong to.
  • Operational data you enter — the business records you or your organisation add to the Service, such as vehicles, drivers, trips, documents, customers and related information.
  • Device and technical data — device identifiers, app version, and similar information used to operate the Service and to support account-security features such as device-based access controls.
  • Usage and log data — records of actions taken in the Service, and diagnostic information used to maintain and improve reliability.
  • Location data — where your organisation enables tracking-related features, location information associated with vehicles or trips may be processed for those features.

How we use information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, support and improve the Service; to authenticate users and manage access; to communicate about the Service; and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. We process operational data on behalf of your organisation in order to make the Service available to it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example cloud hosting, communications and infrastructure providers) under appropriate obligations; where required to comply with law, regulation or a lawful request; to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Service; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Storage and retention

Information is stored using third-party cloud infrastructure and may be processed in locations where we or our providers operate. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business, legal, accounting, tax and audit purposes. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and applicable requirements.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law and to your organisation’s rights over its own data, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You can request account and data deletion from within the mobile app (More → Profile → Delete my account) or by contacting us using the details below. See our Data & Account Deletion page for details. Some information may be retained where we have a legal basis or obligation to do so.

Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when the updated version is posted, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
